We are seeking volunteers to prepare and serve food in our soup kitchen. We provide nourishing food, a safe-space for socializing in the courtyard, and sit-down dining for our low-income neighbors and people experiencing homelessness three days a week: Tuesdays: Volunteers prepare meals beginning at 3:30pm and serve from from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Fridays: Volunteers begin food prep around 2pm. Buffet line is open from 3pm to 5pm. Saturdays: Volunteers begin setting up at around 8:30am; service concludes at 1pm. Healthcare in Action provides medical, behavioral health, addiction, case management and housing navigation services to unhoused residents in California. Our mission is to improve the lives of people experiencing homelessness through quality holistic care. It is our vision that all people experiencing homelessness have access to quality healthcare that addresses their mental, social and physical health needs.




We are seeking volunteers to attend our outreach events and represent the NAMI Glendale chapter in a positive and welcoming manner. Volunteers must be willing to help with set up, bringing materials, sharing information about local mental health resources, and teaching people about our free and confidential mental health programming. We are seeking volunteers to help bundle bags of food at our Food Pantry. Volunteers prepare the bags on Wednesdays from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, and they are distributed the next morning, from 8am to 9am, to people who are unhoused or living in the neighborhood without access to a kitchen.

PATH's mission is to end homelessness for individuals, families, and communities. We are seeking volunteers to support our lot operations at our West LA lots located at Iowa, National, and the West LA VA. Volunteers will be asked to welcome participants to the lot, answer questions, and help them locate their space.
Safe Parking LA provides safe overnight parking to facilitate stability and housing in Los Angeles County for individuals living in their vehicles, and advocates for fair and equitable treatment and resources for the unhoused. We bridge a gap in services by addressing the unique needs of residents whose only source of shelter is their vehicle.

SELAH Neighborhood Homeless Coalition is a 501(c)(3) organization of neighborhood organizers who recognize unhoused individuals as fellow members of our community worthy of the same dignity, respect and representation afforded to any housed person.Our mission is to build a community-led response to homelessness in Los Angeles that addresses the needs of our most vulnerable neighbors and activates an empowered coalition of participants, volunteers and partners.
